Dr. Bolívar Franco

Dr. Bolívar Franco is one of Panama's most highly trained orthopedic trauma surgeons, specializing in hip, pelvis, knee, shoulder, and other major joints.

He completed his medical degree at the University of Panama, his orthopedic residency at the Complejo Hospitalario Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid, and went on to pursue advanced fellowship training in pelvis and hip trauma surgery at two prestigious institutions abroad — Hospital San Ignacio at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the United States.
